The Lincoln County Community Health Council was officially birthed in 1997, following approximately two years of strategic planning and assessments. There has been, and continues to be a strong and vibrant core membership committed to continuing the essential work that has been completed and/or initiated in the past. The membership has committed representatives from areas such as nursing, prevention, juvenile probation, substance abuse, public health, school health, local government, community groups, behavioral health providers, youth, faith community and interested individuals.
