Ruidoso since moving to Lincoln County in 1999. Harvey helped start
the KEDU project in early 2001, taking the project on a full-time
basis in February 2003, and placing the station on-the-air,

original 1947 radio broadcast of "The War of the
Worlds."
For over three decades, Harv Twite has been involved with local and
group broadcasting companies in the United States. During that time,

A Note from Harvey:
Dear Friends and Listeners,
Yes. I voted in the last election, and I pray that you also voted,
and will continue to vote in the critical days ahead.
Voter Apathy is our #1 enemy today, in New Mexico and
these United States. Never before, have I seen so many Americans
hanging their heads, being depressed, and generally feeling like
their hopes and dreams have been dashed by uncaring politicians.
In the days to come, I pledge to help educate you and me on Voter
Apathy. I pray that you
turn out at the
voting
polls in record numbers this year. Let your voices to be heard
loud and clear. Step up to the plate and protect you,
your family, your fellow man and your country, from those that do
not have our best interests at heart. I hope that you refuse to
sit on your hands and let our hopes and dreams pass helplessly by. I am
praying for you, and I am praying for America. HT

From Dakota:
"We’ve become a great country, in part, because we’ve
traditionally accepted responsibility for our lives…both the
good and the bad. We’ve built on the good and eliminated the
bad. Back in the Old West the easiest way to be ostracized by
your fellow cowboys was to be a complainer. Let’s not weaken our
great country, and ourselves, by being a complainer and passing
responsibility for our lives to someone else.
May God always be at your side."

"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action
according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal
