Under the direction of "The Christian Business Owners of Lincoln County," (CBOLC), KEDU has become
Ruidoso Christian Community Radio, "The Dove," a nonprofit, non-commercial, educational organization.

 Our mission is to enable residents of Lincoln County to receive the Word of our Lord through Christian Community Radio.  It is only after considerable prayer that we have moved forward to begin this ministry.  We are striving for “Community Unity”.

 Current programming includes Christian music, National News, Local Weather, Public Service Announcements, and acknowledgements to businesses and individuals who are supporting the operation of the station.  Future programming will include nationally known speakers (such as Billy Graham, Chuck Swindoll, Beth Moore, Joel Osteen) as well as programs like Focus on the Family and Family Life.  Local programming ideas include broadcasting church services, playing music from home talent or local gospel groups, participation from youth and children, morning and evening devotionals, prayer times and teaching the Word -- the possibilities are endless.

 Christian Business Owners of Lincoln County (CBOLC) are contacting area churches, businesses and individuals who also have an interest in providing Christian broadcasting for the area. CBOLC members have donated start up expenses as well as time, services, labor, and pledges for underwriting future monthly expenditures.  These initial costs were the beginning of what will be needed to maintain and sustain future operation.  The remaining funds will come from area churches, business and individuals. Additional prayer and financial support is essential for Christian Community Radio to achieve its mission.

 We believe that God is in control of this radio station, and He has put everything into place, uniting the Christian community with this opportunity to proclaim His word over the airways.  God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things.

 “God has given each of us the ability to do certain things well.  If your gift is serving others, serve them well.  If you have money, share it generously.  If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously.  Be Glad for all that God in planning for you.  Never be lazy in your work, but serve the Lord enthusiastically.”  ROMANS 12: 6-10.

   in a  combined effort to build a Community Christian
   Radio Station.

KEDU is a non-commercial, educational, volunteer, Christian community radio station based in Lincoln County, New Mexico. Christian Community broadcasting invigorates its audience by providing positive, spiritual and healing local voices to the media environment.

KEDU is one of the newly licensed Low Power FM stations made available by the Federal Communications Commission to provide local programming to underserved parts of the population throughout the United States.

We provide a wide variety of Christian music styles and vintages, along with locally produced shows and informational programming.

We provide a live 24/7 Internet broadcast via "Live 365 ", www.live365.com/kedu.   The broadcast is free.
