Rhonda Vincent is a home town Ruidoso girl. She graduated from RHS in 1989 and attended Lubbock Christian University until the spring of 1992. At that time, Rhonda returned home to become the wife of Harlan Vincent. They have two beautiful children who attend Ruidoso schools. The Vincent's own Lazy Days RV Park and they are members of Gateway Church of Christ.

Rhonda was elected to the Board in February 2007 and is currently enrolled in ENMU-Ruidoso as an Elementary Education Major.

Current Ruidoso School Board - President
Mrs. Lutterman has been a member of the Ruidoso Board of Education since 1991. She graduated from Ruidoso High School in 1974. Susan has been employed with the First National Bank of Ruidoso for the last 17 years, and is currently the Assistant Vice President of Operations. She has been married to Tom for 31 years. They have three children that graduated from Ruidoso High School, and a grandson currently enrolled at White Mountain Elementary.

Dr Lynn Willard, Chair (ENMU Board), is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He is the owner of the Ruidoso Animal Clinic and has been in in business in Ruidoso for more that 30 years

Frank has served as a member of the Ruidoso School Board since the election of 1999.  Prior to being the Board President for the last four (4) years, he served as the Board Secretary. Frank was born in San Angelo, Texas, but has lived in New Mexico since high school and college.  Frank received an MBA from Eastern New Mexico University with an early career in Banking followed by owning High Country Insurance Agency for 30 years.  Frank and his wife Beth have two children -- Amy and Robert. Both children attended Ruidoso schools K-12. Their daughter Amy is a local pharmacist, and their son Robert lives in Dallas and China.  Frank's hobbies include work, golf and community service.

Julie Gilliland has lived in Ruidoso, NM 20 years and has been married to Tim 25 years. They have four boys ages 23 to 6 years old who have attended Ruidoso schools and participated in ENMU dual credit classes. Jacob has an associate degree from ENMU.
Julie wants to bring a fresh perspective and a new voice to the ENMU Community College Board to highlight and make aware to the public all this college has to offer and pursue the vast opportunities available with the collaboration of colleges and bring more economic stability to our village and areas. She believes in taking the stability of the past and bringing a vision for the future.
